Business Operations Manager

Are you a master of efficiency, a strategist, and a natural leader? My Mountain Mover is searching for a Business Operations Manager to join our leadership team!

In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring every process is streamlined, every team is aligned, and every goal is met. Your Mission: What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership & Efficiency:
You will manage day-to-day operations with a strategic eye, always looking for ways to boost productivity and streamline workflows. You'll dive deep into department and company scorecards, turning data into actionable insights and proactive solutions.

Process & Systems Management:
You'll own the development and optimization of our core processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This means ensuring everything is documented, accessible, and synchronized across our platforms, guaranteeing smooth execution and compliance.

Strategic Reporting & Metrics:
You will review and update weekly scorecards and end-of-month reports, providing leadership with accurate, actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our strategic business objectives.

EOS Implementation & Oversight:
You'll be our champion for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring all departments are leveraging its tools and methodologies to drive accountability, productivity, and clear communication. You’ll conduct regular audits and partner with our People & Culture team on training to ensure consistent adoption.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
You'll be the go-to person for resolving interdepartmental disputes and facilitating smooth collaboration. Your role is to ensure all teams are working in harmony to meet company goals, managing change and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

We need an expert operator with a strategic mindset and a proven track record. You're a problem-solver who can handle a dynamic, multifaceted role with grace and precision. You’re ready to leverage your experience to help us achieve new levels of efficiency and success.

Key Qualifications & Non-Negotiables:

Managerial Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership or operations management role.
Operational Excellence: A proven history of driving efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Analytical Mindset: You have a strong background in data analysis, able to translate trends and reports into actionable business insights.
Process Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, document, and optimize complex workflows.
Salesforce Experience: You have hands-on experience with Salesforce for process automation and reporting.
Leadership Skills: You possess the ability to guide, motivate, and align cross-functional teams.
