Placement Consultant

Are you an expert matchmaker who thrives on building successful, long-term partnerships? My Mountain Mover is looking for a driven Placement Consultant to join our team! In this pivotal role, you are the final link that connects our highly vetted Virtual Assistants (VAs) with the perfect client and opportunity. You will leverage your expertise in client relations and recruitment to ensure that every placement not only meets the client's needs but also aligns with the culture, vision, and values of My Mountain Mover. If you possess Integrity, great rebuttals/objection handling skills, and a knack for finding the right fit in a timely manner, you'll thrive here.

Job Overview & Your Mission
The Placement Consultant is responsible for the full-cycle placement process, from initial client calibration to final contract sign-up. You will source VAs from our talent pool, meticulously match them to client requirements, prepare them for interviews, and expertly facilitate the final closing of the opportunity.

Main Tools You'll Master: Salesforce, GSuite, Time Clock Wizard, and RingCentral.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Client Relationship Management:
Call new leads for an introductory chat and to calibrate on their exact VA needs before endorsements.
Endorse resumes, video recordings, and personality tests of qualified candidates.
Facilitate interviews between clients and VAs to ensure only the best VA—who matches the client’s culture and goals—is hired.
Handle client deliberations and close contracts by gathering necessary details like start date and schedule.
Answer all incoming calls from new and existing clients to address their needs and provide timely resolution.

Virtual Assistant (VA) Advocacy & Preparation:
Facilitate placement interviews with new candidates to identify their strengths and match them with existing or upcoming needs.
Call, text, and email qualified candidates in the pool to ensure they are technically and behaviorally fit for the clients’ needs.
Prepare all candidates 30 minutes before client interviews, ensuring they adhere to My Mountain Mover’s quality standards.
Conduct post-hire conversations with placed VAs to advise them of their start date, schedule, requirements, and next steps.

Administrative & Cross-Team Collaboration:
Maintain impeccable data integrity by updating Salesforce for every transaction and communication with both clients and candidates.
Polish and edit VA resumes when necessary.
Identify "must-haves" for each client requisition and match them with the right VA in the system/pool.
Coordinate with Industry Managers for new client and VA transitions, replacements, or additional needs.
Participate in Calibration calls with the Recruitment and Sourcing Department to maintain quality standards.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications
We are seeking a professional with a friendly yet professional demeanor who can quickly gain the trust of decision-makers by highlighting our quality VAs and services.

Works with High Integrity.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment or training experience (US/Australia/PH) with expert-level skills in job analysis and sourcing.
Very good comprehension and ability to retain all instructions.
Great rebuttals/objection handling skills.
Strong organizational & multitasking capabilities.
Essential Skills & Background:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients (i.e., company decision-makers).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Sales + Customer Service experience is a deal breaker.
Tech-savvy with excellent English proficiency/great communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Reliable Internet Speed of 100 mbps.
