RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, including system upgrades and ensuring data hygiene and integrity.
  • Manage configuration changes in a sandbox environment and move data between environments using continuous delivery/integration tools.
  • Build and coordinate complex dashboards, views, and reports using Salesforce standard and custom objects.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Manager and stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Provide user support and manage support tickets, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Implement complex business processes using workflows, process builder, approval processes, and flows.
  • Customize applications in Lightning Experience, including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes.
  • Handle all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Conduct user training, create training materials on basic Salesforce navigation, and monitor user adoption.
  • Perform data integrity tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the application software by defining object- and field-level security, maintaining role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
  • Work with various Salesforce standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Assist in implementing identified and recommended areas within Sales and Customer Services processes that can be improved via system enhancements and automation.
  • Handle projects, including less complex ones, ensuring proper implementation and completion under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Administrator.
  • Manage data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems, and promptly resolve data integration issues.
  • Escalate concerns to the Senior Salesforce Administrator for proper guidance and resolution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Salesforce Administrator KPIs:

  • System Uptime and Reliability: Ensure the Salesforce system is operational and available 99.9% of the time.
  • User Support and Ticket Resolution: Resolve 90% of user support tickets within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframe.
  • Data Integrity: Achieve and maintain 95% data accuracy and completeness within the Salesforce system.
  • Report and Dashboard Creation: Deliver all requested reports and dashboards within the agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • User Training and Adoption: Conduct regular user training sessions with at least 90% user attendance and satisfaction rate.
  • Customization and Process Automation: Implement 100% of approved customizations and process automations on time and within scope.
  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other systems with no more than 5% data sync errors.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with data security policies, including regular audits and updates.
  • User and License Management: Maintain accurate user and license records, ensuring no more than 2% discrepancies.
  • Project Participation: Successfully complete assigned projects within the agreed timeline and scope, with a satisfaction rating of 90% from stakeholders.

 TOP 5 NON-NEGOTIABLE:

  1. Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools like workflows, process builder, and flows.
  4. Data Management: Strong understanding of data hygiene, integrity, and security practices.
  5. User Support: Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in user support and training.

 QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with tools like GSuite, Monday.com, and Zapier.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
