OVERVIEW:

The Salesforce Administration Manager at MyMountainMover is responsible for managing the Salesforce platform's daily operations and leading a team of Salesforce administrators. This role emphasizes people management, ensuring effective support for users, maintaining data integrity, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. The Salesforce Administration Manager will also oversee system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and enforce best practices for platform usage. 

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, and a proven ability to lead a team in maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce environment.


RESPONSIBILITIESANDDUTIES:

Team Management and Leadership:
  • Manage a team of Salesforce administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure proper workload distribution and oversee task completion to meet deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Salesforce Administration:
  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and integrity by establishing best practices and monitoring compliance.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and roles to align with business requirements.
Training and User Support:
  • Develop and execute training programs to improve user proficiency and adoption of Salesforce.
  • Act as the point of escalation for user issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and enhancements.
System Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage regular system audits and security reviews to maintain compliance.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to gather requirements for Salesforce updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and relevant information to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when necessary to support system needs.
Reporting and Metrics:
  • Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • Track and analyze user adoption rates and propose initiatives to improve engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Top 5 Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce administrators.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Other Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like GSuite, Monday.com, and Zapier.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system integrity.
