ABOUT THE JOB: This opportunity is for full-timers only who are willing to work during US hours.
The ideal candidate should have fluency and comprehension in the English and Spanish languages and possess a great personality and professionalism to provide the utmost customer service to patients and providers alike through emails and calls. This candidate should have the initiative to take on responsibilities not just within the tasks provided and is willing to go above to resolve any challenges along the way.
TASKS
Answering inquiries coming from calls
Insurance Verification
Checking eligibility before appointment
Scheduling appointments
Prior Authorization
MUST HAVES :
- MUST BE A PHILIPPINE RESIDENT (for foreigners, must be a naturalized or dual citizen)
- Medical background is a PLUS
- Fluency in the English and Spanish languages both written and Verbal
- Can provide great customer service even with challenging patients/providers
- Detail Oriented
- Tech Savvy
- Must have own equipment/tools
- PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed
- Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
